What You Will Do
Our ideal candidate is a thought leader who can translate abstract concepts into robust, executable technical roadmaps. You will work directly with our CTO and executive leadership to ensure our product vision remains agile and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying critical technologies and infrastructure needs.
- Oversee the integration of next-generation AI models and predictive analytics into core products.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across global deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define technical specifications and best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage technical debt and refactor legacy systems to support future growth.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing complex, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Deep knowledge of Python, Go, or Java, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
