Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical stack evolution within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development with a strong emphasis on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in front-end frameworks (React.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express).
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
