The Role:
We are looking for a self-starter who can bridge the gap between design and implementation. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver pixel-perfect, performant web applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using React and Node.js.
- Translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive web applications.
- Optimize application performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and improve user experience.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, QA) to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
