Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure sub-second load times.
- Ensure application security and compliance with federal standards (FedRAMP/FISMA).
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Java/Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
