Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform performance tuning, and optimize application scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and issues in production environments with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with at least one major front-end framework (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Angular) and a back-end technology (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
