Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and high load capacity.
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols compliant with industry standards.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline automation, improving deployment efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and technology stack evaluation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Expertise in Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
