We are a leading technology firm based in the heart of Indianapolis, seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive our digital transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact role offering the flexibility of both on-site and hybrid work arrangements.
In this position, you will lead the architecture of our core SaaS platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions for clients across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
