Join our dynamic team as a Senior Frontend Developer for a 6-month contract opportunity in Los Angeles. You'll architect cutting-edge web applications using modern frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week on-site at our downtown LA office.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Optimize application performance and implement best practices
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Expert proficiency in React ecosystem (Redux, React Router)
- Strong TypeScript knowledge and experience
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex frontend projects
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
