Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to identify business trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Document data models, processes, and pipelines to ensure data governance and compliance.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in Phoenix, AZ.
