Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models designed for the 2026 operational landscape.
- Lead the technical vision for our autonomous agent integration strategy.
- Optimize neural network latency and throughput for real-time decision-making systems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, AI ethics, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing production-grade machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or hybrid classical-quantum algorithms is a plus.
