Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Texas market.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Source, screen, and present top-tier talent to clients using advanced recruiting methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Close contracts and negotiate terms to maximize profitability for the agency.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
