Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Identify and contact potential clients to understand their workforce needs and develop strong, lasting business partnerships.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (including social media, job boards, and networking) to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Match the best candidates with the right job opportunities, facilitate the interview process, and manage onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends to stay ahead of the competition and provide insights to the management team.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases using our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruiting software and CRM tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for networking events.
