Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone and video screenings for night-shift candidates across various industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific night-shift requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding for night staff.
- Build a pipeline of passive candidates specifically for evening and overnight roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
