Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking events to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in New York City.
