Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening applicants, conducting phone interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of talent for our diverse client base in San Antonio.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new temporary and contract employees.
- Negotiating salary rates and employment terms.
- Managing applicant data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales or hiring targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
