Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to identify and attract qualified candidates for various industries.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match skills, experience, and culture with open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and headhunting.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms to secure top talent and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and provide exceptional service throughout the placement lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
