Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract high-quality passive candidates.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and strategic goals.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Strategy: Develop tailored recruitment strategies to close positions efficiently and exceed placement targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview and offer process to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or talent acquisition (or equivalent drive and aptitude).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce).
- Digital Savvy: Strong proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving results in a commission-based environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is highly valued.
