Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a bridge between our clients and candidates. You will manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, ensuring we place the right people in the right jobs quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients for immediate placement.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and retain accounts.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions in Las Vegas.
- Candidate Management: Build a robust pipeline of talent using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards).
- Consultative Selling: Consult with hiring managers to define job specifications and candidate profiles.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
