As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, sourcing candidates and managing the full lifecycle of placement.
Responsibilities
- Source and Screen: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, networking) to identify and qualify top talent for our client portfolio.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural needs.
- Consultative Selling: Pitch our services to new clients and manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from resume screening and technical assessments to negotiating offers and closing placements.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary benchmarks and industry trends in the Austin tech and corporate sectors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and hit targets in a commission-based environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
