Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and industry shifts.
- Conduct effective salary negotiations and offer management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
