Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and strategic objectives.
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in Central Florida.
- Organize and attend networking events, job fairs, and social activities to expand your candidate and client network.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize recruitment processes and improve placement rates.
Qualifications
