Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify qualified candidates for open roles across various industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: screening resumes, conducting professional interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (hiring managers) and passive candidates.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to expand our talent pool and brand presence.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for candidate outreach and marketing.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarks to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A resilient attitude, strong work ethic, and a competitive drive to achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required for client meetings).
