Responsibilities
- Client Development: Manage a portfolio of clients in the Tampa area, conducting needs analysis and building long-term relationships to understand their hiring challenges.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media, networking events, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Management: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding for successful placements.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence others.
- Determination: A "hunter" mentality with the drive to meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
