Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards)
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment

- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
