Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks for candidate verification
- Manage candidate onboarding and placement documentation processes
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, job orders, and metrics
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and fill rates
- Represent our agency at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing agency environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client/candidate interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to work in results-oriented, fast-paced setting
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with reliable transportation
- Knowledge of local Minneapolis job market and talent landscape
