Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-volume client assignments
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals) to identify passive candidates
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments using behavioral methodologies
- Manage client relationships through weekly pipeline reports and strategic consultation
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job campaigns and employer branding
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS optimization and candidate engagement tactics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually with 85%+ client retention
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and recruitment analytics
- Strong network of professionals across Long Beach's key industries
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with placement rate >70%
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions simultaneously
