Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines with 50+ qualified placements quarterly
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) compliance and reporting
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of 30+ placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever)
- Technical understanding of Kansas City's talent market dynamics
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
