As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our growth, identifying talent and managing client relationships in the vibrant Las Vegas market.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview applicants to determine their qualifications for open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Assist in the placement of temporary and permanent staff in various industries.
- Track candidate metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
