Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage the offer-to-hire transition process.
- Develop and maintain a network of passive candidates to ensure a constant flow of top-tier talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding placement quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, labor laws, and employment contracts.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with tight deadlines.
