Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions across multiple industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from building a talent pipeline to placing candidates in roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative sourcing strategies and expand our network.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for temporary staff to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
