Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews efficiently.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Chicago area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Locally Based: Must be based in or willing to commute to the Chicago, IL area.
