The Role:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and company culture.
- Close placements and ensure high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Albuquerque metro area for client meetings.
