Job Description
We are not just building software; we are architecting the future. Project 2026 represents our boldest leap yet—a transformative initiative at the intersection of Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence. We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to guide this initiative from concept to deployment.
In this pivotal role, you will define the technical strategy, lead a world-class engineering team, and bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical application. If you are driven by the challenge of solving problems that were previously deemed impossible, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, aligning business goals with cutting-edge research.
- Architect scalable, high-performance quantum AI systems capable of processing complex datasets in real-time.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in R&D, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless integration.
- Identify emerging technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the competitive curve.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from prototyping to production deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
