Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Develop research plans and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to communicate research outcomes
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to prioritize user needs
- Present research findings to stakeholders through compelling visual reports
- Maintain and evolve our research methodology framework
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX research experience with portfolio showcasing case studies
- Proficiency in research tools (Figma, Maze, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop)
- Experience with moderated/unmoderated testing and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
