Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media platforms
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Update and manage applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruitment, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
