Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Source and recruit talent through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies for open requisitions.
- Build a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
