Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time and contract positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with Kansas City-area employers
- Manage candidate pipelines using our modern ATS platform
- Facilitate onboarding processes for temporary placements
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Kansas City's job market and key industries
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Missouri driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for candidate meetings
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience preferred
