Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying technical candidates across software development, IT infrastructure, and data science roles
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent client assignments
- Developing strategic partnerships with Albuquerque-based tech companies
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments using modern evaluation frameworks
- Optimizing candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback
- Leveraging applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate talent pipelines
- Analyzing market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Albuquerque-based companies or staffing agencies
- Proven success placing candidates in software development, DevOps, or cybersecurity roles
- Expert knowledge of local tech market dynamics and talent pools
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with candidate conversion rates >40%
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and ROI data
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
