Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Georgia
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using our ATS platform
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for placed candidates
- Manage client relationships and provide weekly staffing performance reports
- Participate in local job fairs and networking events across Atlanta metro
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience in Georgia market
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Strong understanding of Georgia labor laws and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record in placing candidates across tech, healthcare, and logistics sectors
