Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and assessment
- Strong understanding of Washington DC job market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
