Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions in healthcare, administrative, and technical fields
- Build and maintain relationships with Fort Worth-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with team to fill urgent same-day staffing requests
- Represent the agency at Fort Worth job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth's job market and industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
