Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Conduct in-depth phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track placements and compliance documentation
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to expand candidate and employer networks
- Collaborate with the full staffing team to optimize placement strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in candidate documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings (when required)
