Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct engaging candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and needs assessments
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS system with meticulous attention to detail
- Market our agency's services to local businesses through targeted outreach
- Stay current with industry trends and compensation benchmarks for Boston market
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional client meetings
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Boston's local talent market strongly preferred
