Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews for temporary and contract roles.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and market insights to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
