Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients alike.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting targets and working independently in a remote or hybrid capacity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
