Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time roles using job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assess candidate skills against client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment pipeline efficiently
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and clients
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Stay current on Nashville's job market trends and industry demands
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven success in sourcing and placing part-time candidates
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or administrative staffing preferred
