Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, creative, and professional sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational culture
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and staffing goals
- Utilize ATS platforms and social recruiting channels to identify passive candidates
- Manage candidate onboarding processes and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in talent acquisition
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of Los Angeles job market and industry-specific talent needs
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
