Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS platforms and CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill client staffing requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of LA job market and industry trends
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client visits)
