Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Prepare and present comprehensive candidate profiles with detailed recommendations
- Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and maintain accurate candidate documentation
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize sourcing strategies and fill positions efficiently
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in candidate management
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Charlotte's job market and key industries is a plus
