- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and professional services
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match talent with cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and expectations
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for targeted outreach
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance insights
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's job market and talent landscape
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid Washington state driver's license for occasional client meetings
